City of Reno NV Windspires Go Up in Washoe Valley Neighborhood

Washoe Valley resident Fred Howell started talking up the windspires in his neighborhood. Now he and two of his other neighbors installed them.
Windspires can go up in residential areas where other wind turbines may not fit because they are shorter and thinner.
